On April 9, 2010, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board will be at Boston University Law school to hear final arguments in Factory Five Racing, Inc. v. Carroll Shelby and Carroll Hall Shelby Trust. Aaron Silverstein will participate in a panel discussion following the hearing.
