Aaron has worked for years establishing his expertise in trademark, copyright, Internet and entertainment law. His industry experience is extensive, and includes advising telecommunications companies, software companies, designers, and entertainers. He has counseled a variety of clients in the use, adoption, and enforcement of trademarks in the United States and abroad, and regularly represents clients in trademark Oppositions and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He is also a skilled litigator in both copyright and trademark matters.
Aaron received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He serves on the Board of Directors of Passim Folk Music and Cultural Center, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
