Aaron has worked for years establishing his expertise in trademark, copyright, Internet and entertainment law. His industry experience is extensive, and includes advising telecommunications companies, software companies, designers, and entertainers. He has counseled a variety of clients in the use, adoption, and enforcement of trademarks in the United States and abroad, and regularly represents clients in trademark Oppositions and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He is also a skilled litigator in both copyright and trademark matters.

Aaron received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He serves on the Board of Directors of Passim Folk Music and Cultural Center, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Recent Matters:

• Conducted intellectual property due diligence for a client in preparation for taking on an investment.
• Negotiated favorable settlement of a copyright infringement matter for a fashion photographer.
• For a visual artist, negotiated licensing deals with major footwear and consumer electronics companies.
• Successfully represented numerous clients in trademark oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB).
• Managed domestic and international trademark portfolios, strategies and filings for clients in the fields of business consulting, e-commerce and retail apparel.
• Assisted foreign counsel with trademark filing strategies in the United States.
• Successfully negotiated the purchase and sale of numerous domain names for clients.
